Memory Care

 

The Hebrew Center for Health & Rehabilitation offers specialized services to meet the needs of individuals with a wide variety of dementia-related disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease. Our Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDPs) undergo an approved specialty 8-hour Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care seminar taught by a National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioner trainer.
